Elizabeth O’Neill
Master Taster-Sensory Scientist

Elizabeth O’Neill, Brown-Forman Master Taster and Sensory Scientist, is the second generation of her family to work in the Bourbon industry.  Her mother was a sensory expert for the Seagrams Distillery Co.  O’Neill has a Master’s Degree from the University of Louisville and has been a member of Brown-Forman’s R&D Department for 6 years. As the manager of the Whiskey Qualitative Descriptive Analysis program she works closely with Master Distiller Chris Morris and the Brown-Forman and Woodford Reserve Distillery teams.
